Service Provider
License for Service Provider is issued to eligible applicants by the District Registrar of the concerned district under provisions of the Madhya Pradesh Stamp Rules 1942 (Amendment dated 01-11-2014). License of Service provider can be issued to banks and financial institutions also as per rules. Information regarding eligibility criteria and other terms and conditions is available on the Home page under “Acts and Rules”. Prospective applicants can contact District Registrar of concerned district for detailed information. Application for License of Service provider can be made only online through “SAMPADA”. Service Providers are authorized to sell E-Stamp as well as do deed drafting. For E-Registration parties can contact licensed service provider of their district. District wise information of Service Providers (SP) will be available after selection of district in the list.
